Shenzhen Second People's Hospital was established in 1980, is a modern comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, preventive healthcare, and health education. In 2008, with approval from the Ministry of Education, the hospital became the “First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University”.
The hospital occupies a land area of 37,000 m² with a built area of 136,000 m² and operates with 1,934 open beds.
