Research on the Mechanisms of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Metastasis

Engaged in the study of the pathogenesis of diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat, particularly focusing on the mechanisms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis and recurrence from the perspectives of the tumor microenvironment and epigenetics. This research aims to identify molecular targets related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis, providing a reliable basis for precision treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Construction of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Research Models

Involved in the establishment of organoid models of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the construction of humanized orthotopic PDX (patient-derived xenograft) mouse models for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
