Establishment and optimization of tumor organoid culture systems derived from clinical tumor tissues to improve the success rate of tumor organoid cultures.

Utilization of tumor organoid models for testing anti-cancer drugs, investigating molecular mechanisms of tumor drug resistance, and developing corresponding therapeutic strategies.
